Delivery charges within the UK are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We currently do not ship directly to overseas addresses through our website, but international customers can purchase Gulex products worldwide via our Amazon Marketplace.

For orders received before noon, items are despatched on the same day Monday – Friday. Items are sent via Royal Mail with an expected delivery time of 2-3 working days.

You will receive an email notification when your item has been dispatched. If you can’t see one, check your spam folder.

Our deliveries are made by Royal Mail. Should you not be in at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will post a card through your letterbox with details and instructions on how to arrange a collection or redelivery.

Orders cancelled prior to dispatch will receive a full refund and no further charges will be incurred. Orders cancelled when your item has already been dispatched will need to be returned at your own expense. A refund will only be issued on receipt of the item in its original condition, and a deduction will be made to reflect the cost of delivery charges.

All Gulex products are made to the highest standards and designed for long-lasting use. However, if you experience any issues covered by our warranty, we’re here to help.

All return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
